‘National Treasure’: Betty White’s Death Prompts Outpouring of Love

Betty White was a presence in show business for decades and on Friday, after news spread of her death at 99, many members of the Hollywood community took to Twitter to say their goodbyes and honor White.

Our national treasure, Betty White, has passed just before her 100th birthday. Our Sue Ann Nivens, our beloved Rose Nylund, has joined the heavens to delight the stars with her inimitable style, humor, and charm. A great loss to us all. We shall miss her dearly.
