The August pizza, created by the students who participate in 826LA's creative and expository writing programs, includes pepperoni, bacon crumbles, mozzarella, parmesan, jalapeños, tomato sauce, and, you got it, oregano for added zing.
The cost? It's sixteen dollars.
You'll nosh, and get into the whole crust-lovely experience of it, all the while knowing how some of the proceeds of the pizza will assist teachers and young people ages 6 to 18 in their writerly, imaginative, think-bigger pursuits.
