Oftentimes, when we seek out ways to celebrate a national food holiday, we have to wait for later in the day to get our fun on.

Because lasagna, dill pickles, hamburgers, soup, and French fries? Spoiler alert: They're later-in-the-day foods.

Well, for many people, at least. We're not speaking for you, if you're a dill-pickle-at-dawn kind of eater.

But the thing about National Cereal Day, which is March 7, is this: A lot of people have already honored the food holiday before they even find out it is the food holiday.

You get us here: Downing a milky, yummy bowl of crunchies before we're truly awake is a widely shared habit. 

Even if you already celebrated National Cereal Day on March 7, there is now a way to address your cereal cravings in the afternoon in evening. How? BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse just introduced a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Pizookie.

That's right, like the Pizookie you know, with the melty chocolate chips, only this one is fully cereal-fied, and includes a "buttery" sugar cookie and vanilla ice cream.

Also? It's sticking around beyond National Cereal Day, as a new menu item.

Also? It's $8.50.

Also? It truly seems to be Cinnamon Toast Crunch's moment, although fan love for the classic cereal shelf staple has never waned. Sprinkles Cupcakes recently featured a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cupcake, which can lead one to wonder where else the spice-tastic little squares will end up next.

For now, they're at BJ's, on the iconic Pizookie, starting on March 7, which is, yes, National Cereal Day, hooray.
