18th Annual HopeWalk and Kid's Healthy Activity Fair on June 9

Nonprofit organization Hands4Hope LA is hosting its 18th Annual HopeWalk and Kid’s Activities Fair on Saturday, June 9 in North Hollywood.  The 5K HopeWalk begins at 8 a.m. at North Hollywood Park. The Kid’s Healthy Activity Fair begins at 11 a.m. and includes 'Taste of Healthy Noho' with local vendors providing healthy food choices for kids and families.

The organization provides outreach to youth ages from 8 to  18 years old through its free after-school program in North Hollywood. Hands4Hope LA also hosts “Helping Hands” which offers free information and resources to single parents.

The event raises resources to provide health and wellness programs for more than 200 youth. Sponsors include Councilman Paul Krekorian, NOHO Neighborhood Council, Sparkletts, NOHO East Neighborhood Council, DogHaus, Firehouse, Jersey Mikes, Yogurtland, Jamba Juice, Naked Juice and more.  Many volunteers will also support including the HopeWalk team and Endemol Shine North America.

Several special guests this year include Magic Castle Magicians, the Salsa Kids and a DJ.
