7th Annual Taste of Soul Family Festival

Saturday, October 20,10 - 7 p.m., on Crenshaw Blvd. – Free to Public

NBC4 is pleased to join the Los Angeles Sentinel in celebration of the 7th Annual Taste of Soul Family Festival on Saturday, October 20, from 10a.m.-7 p.m., on Crenshaw Boulevard, between Exposition Blvd. and Stocker Ave.

Drawing more than 200,000 attendees last year, the annual celebration brings together the community for a day of great food and live entertainment, and showcases the cultural diversity that represents the uniqueness of Los Angeles.

NBC4 news reporters, Beverly White, Michael Brownlee and Byron Miranda, will participate at the Festival, greeting fans, taking photos and signing autographs at the NBC4 booth. They will also serve as emcees for the inaugural Star Quest singing talent search, where semi-finalists will compete and be judged for the top two winning spots.

The event will feature over 200 different food and non-food vendors, four different performance stages, a kids’ play area, and much more for the entire family.
