The winners are trickling in! Angeleno Magazine is announcing LA's best chef & restaurant winners for their 2010 Restaurant Issue starting today.
Handpicked by award-winning food critic and editor Brad Johnson, (the only critic in America to win both a James Beard Award and a Cordon Bleu World Food Media Award), the list will be online this Thursday, July 1 and will hit stands on Friday, July 2.
So far we know that Red O by Rick Bayless is Number 10; Thomas Keller's Bouchon is Number 9 ("Bouchon got off to a rocky start but settled into a respectable groove," according to Johnson); and Culver City gastropub Waterloo & City made the cut at Number 8.
