It’s time for another Checkers wine dinner in the historic Hilton Checkers Hotel downtown, but this meal will result in your own personal wine vintage. On July 31, Merryvale Vineyards’ assistant winemaker, Michael Cruse, will lead a presentation that guides guests through the wine making process while you actually participate by blending your own wine. Once you become the next Mondavi, sit down for a five-course meal with wine pairings – thankfully not your own, but from Merryvale Vineyards.
