Iron Chef Cat Cora mentioned her fast-cas barbecue concept when we saw her in Vegas a few months ago, and it's officially on the way: CCQ (Cat Cora's 'Que) will open at Macy's in South Coast Plaza in December. It will join La Brea Bakery and Marcus Samuelsson's Marc Burger; all three will have the same kitchen, staff and seating. Cora also previoulsy dished to us that she was considering a Los Angeles restaurant, but no word on that front yet. [QSR]
