Though just a wee 19 years old, "High School Musical" actress Vanessa Hudgens has purchased a six-bedroom Studio City home that's described as a "spectacular old-world Tuscan." At 5,200 square foot, it was listed at $2.75 million. [Real Estalker]

It's not exactly clear why she bought the home, but singer/actress Cher dropped $1.4 million for a two-bedroom West Hollywood home. A 1937- two-story home, it's situated on a 0.09-acre lot.
