Developer Elad, also behind NYC's slightly traumatic Plaza project in NYC, is putting up this 24-story building at 10776 Wilshire. It's not immediately clear how many units have sold, but the building is priced from $2.9 million-$20 million Last we heard, the building was pitching itself as a paparazzi-proof building with Israeli-trained security guards. (Beer-drinking surfers would have been cheaper and just as effective.) Meanwhile, the last information out there; This building is set to open in the first quarter of 2009.
