DOWNTOWN: Tomorrow night, Union Lofts is celebrating its Grand Opening. True, the building at 8th and Hills has been open for a while, but this is the first "opening" type party the rental has done, according to a leasing representative. The building is now about 30 percent leased up. Back in May, it was reported they were about 25 percent leased up. Slow going or did they not put all the units out at once? [Curbed InBox]
