The 20-something blogger behind Downtown LA is Looking Up lives downtown and has done a pretty good job of writing up the stories of some of the area's homeless. But now she's fed up with living downtown and will eventually move. "Of all the major cities I've been to, Downtown LA has the dirtiest sidewalks. The buses smell disgusting, and there are constantly cars zooming by. Disgusting men that I wouldn't even want to shake hands with say sexual things to me and stare at my breasts or crotch...there is no parking. When I ride my bike I have to stop every two seconds for cars. Don't even think about jogging at night...But when our lease is up, I'm not going to live here again."
