Starting this Saturday, April 17th, everyone’s favorite new French Riviera inspired eatery, Delphine at the W Hollywood, will open it’s patio doors for brunch. We predict there will be a lot of escapism going on there this summer for those Francophiles who can't fly to the South of France.
The menu created by Executive Chef Sascha Lyon - of Daniel, Balthazar and Pastis in NY, will feature food inspired by the Cote d’Azur. Expect fruits de mer, croque Monsieur or Madame and steak frites with Béarnaise which will pair nicely with a Bellini or Champagne St. Germain. Luckily, the patio is also a stones throw from the Metro station for downtown if you want to continue the adventure.
