Casalinda, Naga Naga Ramen, Green Leaves Vegan, plus MORE!

VENICE— We reported two weeks ago that the old Tortilla Grill space had been purchased by Hal's Bar & Grill with the intent to reopen as a new eatery. We just found out that Casalinda is the name of the new restaurant, and it will be open 7 days a week. The crew there is working diligently to prepare for opening sometime in mid to late July. PASADENA— Need noodles? Try Naga Naga Ramen, this week's newcomer on Colorado Blvd. Cheap prices paired with noodles that are "actually pretty good." [PUwBY]

MAR VISTA— Good news for fans of The Curious Palate. The market/cafe has recently extended it's hours from closing at 6pm to closing at 8pm, and has likewise expanded it's dinner menu to include more entree-esque dishes. TCP also now offers BYOB with no corkage fee, yay! Within the next month they also plan to open up for breakfast. Mmm, freshly baked muffins... [EaterWire]

WEHO— Last week Green Leaves Vegan opened up a second location at 8351 Santa Monica Blvd. The new spot mimics the Hillhurst location with "healthy" Thai fare. [EaterWire]
