Greyhound announced Wednesday it is offering a $39 round-trip fare for customers traveling to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
The one-time discounted fare is available Thursday through Tuesday for customers traveling to Indio or Palm Springs from a handful of Southern California cities.
"We are excited to be able to provide transportation to music and art enthusiasts who want to travel to the Coachella Festival," said Gary Graley, Greyhound's vice president, revenue development. "We understand these are difficult economic times and customers are looking for ways to save money, and Greyhound has a longstanding history of providing safe and economical travel."
Discounted tickets for the festival are available in the following cities only:
- Anaheim
- Claremont
- El Monte
- Glendale
- Hollywood
- Indio
- Los Angeles
- Long Beach
- North Hollywood
- Norwalk
- Palm Springs
- San Fernando
- Santa Ana
