Goodbye, Wired House: Ray Kappe/LivingHomes Taken Off Market

Your chance to move into a high-tech Ray Kappe-designed home has passed. The LivingHomes pad aka the Wired Home in Brentwood came to market last year for $4.15 million. But then people complained about the small lot size, the construction next door. So it was re-staged and the price dropped to $3.75 million before dropping again to $3.295 million. A call to the listing agent's office reveals that the home was taken off the market and the house's "backer" has moved into it. It's not clear who the investor is, but it's not LivingHomes founder Steve Glenn.
