LA designer Juan Carlos Obando might have just showed his spring '09 collection at NY Fashion Week, but our CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Finalist hasn't left us yet. We learn he's opening up an atelier in Koreatown at a new complex at 201 North Westmoreland Avenue; it's the same complex as airbrush makeup experts Temptu (they did the amazing makeup for Jared Gold's runway show last season), which apparently already has 40% occupancy.
