John Sedlar and GM Matthew Washton of Rivera confirmed last night at the Snyder Diamond cooking demo and tasting (more on that fete later) that they will take over the ‘old’ Grace space on Beverly Blvd. this October (Neil Fraser is moving downtown) – not to jinx it but they are currently in escrow. Not only will they hit mid-town this fall but the chef and his team are also scouting for a location in Santa Monica. That one might be a few years away, but at least Westsiders can look forward to Sedlar’s return to the area - you all remember Bikini, right? [FEAST LA]
