Just days after appearing at the Roxy with made-for-a-movie band Infant Sorrow -- and just days before "Get Him to the Greek" opens -- Russell Brand is making for the Beverly Center to open a new pop-up shop. Make that a new pop-up swap shop, where people can bring an item or items of clothing and swap it out for something fancy donated by a celeb, or another frou-frou good.
We should say Mr. Brand will be co-opening it. Katy Perry will be there. So will Perez Hilton, and Adrian Grenier. The date/time is Thursday, May 27 from 2 to 6 p.m. Look for the shop on Level 6 near Desigual.
