While Curbed recently checked out the $1.5 million condos at Solair, that new aqua-colored Koreatown condo complex at Wilshire and Western, let's check out the retail component: Approximately 40,000 square feet of stores and shops, all spread out on two stories, will begin to open in the next couple of months.
