L.A. Parent is hosting “Connections: Conversations with Parenting Experts” on August 31 at the Beverly Hills City Public Library. The free event is open to the public and will feature three experts in the fields of early brain development, mindful parenting and early-childhood education.
Topics will include the importance of early parent-child communication and interaction, benefits of undirected play, face time with your baby, listening to your toddler, handling mistakes, expressing emotions, nurturing curiosity and the love of learning.
The event will take place from 7-8 p.m. in the auditorium of the Beverly Hills Public Library, 444 N. Rexford Dr. Beverly Hills. Admission is free, but seating is limited. To reserve a spot, visit www.laparent.com/speaker-series.
