Also burning the mid-night oil, Dish Bistro & Bar in Pasadena has a new 'Dish 3-4-5 Happy Hour.' Sample $3 bites and beers, $4 well cocktails and $5 small plates during the weekdays from Tuesday through Friday from 10 p.m. to midnight (or from 4-7 p.m.) It’s worth staying up late for their fried olives with roasted shallots, veal pancetta & ricotta cheese or house made truffle fries with garlic aioli.
