Looks like the Knitting Factory bleeds Halloween down to the last drop tonight with Skaloween 2008. The maniacal Latin ska-punk outfit VooDoo Glow Skulls headline, with bands like Viernes 13, La Muerte, JLB, Peaceable Jones, Sonic Boom Six, Chase Long Beach, the Rocketz, Knockout and Los Creepers rounding out the bill. Doors at 6 p.m., and there will also be a costume contest ($150 smackeroos for the winner). More info on the Knitting Factory site and at The Guide.
