Meet the Model Unit: Koreatown's Summit on Sixth

The marketing folks behind the Summit, that 96-unit condo project at New Hampshire and 6th Street, aren't showing off the model units to the bloggers, but they did forward photos of two units at the building. The first three photos show a one-bedroom (1669 square foot) that's listed for $701,000, while the last two photos show the two-bedroom (1651 square feet with a balcony) that is listed at $1.45 million. The sales office opened in July, and reps declined to reveal how many are in escrow. And while it's technically an adaptive re-use project, the sales office rep notes that the developer really only kept four corners of the previous building and that 95% of the building is brand new construction. Anyway, poke around! Last time we visited, we weren't fans of the views of the parking lots, but perhaps those higher units have better views.
