According to the Daily Dish, power trio Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich are thinking about expanding down South. Although no plans have been set in stone, bringing any form of Mozza (Pizzeria, Osteria, 2Go) would be a welcome addition to the Orange County dining scene. Meanwhile, in a recent interview the jolly Batali spoke of jumping continents and said that he planned on bringing the Pizzeria and Osteria concepts to Singapore early next year. [Daily Dish]
