NBC4 President and General Manager Steve Carlston was the keynote speaker at the La Verne University winter commencement on February 1, 2014.
The ceremony, which honored undergraduate and graduate candidates, took place at the university’s Sports Science & Athletics Pavilion and was also available via live stream video feed on the web.
