NBC4 Traffic Anchor Alysha Del Valle served as Master of Ceremonies for the USC Leslie and William McMorrow Neighborhood Academic Initiative (NAI) Gala at Argue Plaza on May 2, 2019. The evening honored the USC NAI Class of 2019, which included 57 students who went through the vigourous program from 7th-12th grade to pursue their higher education goals.
NBC4 hosted a table at the event, which included NAI Scholar Jericho Flores-Vasquez who received a full scholarship to USC's Cinema & Media Arts program this fall.
