Join NBC4 Anchor and Reporter Robert Kovacik as he returns again this year to host NKLA Adoption Weekend organized by Best Friends Animal Society where more than 1,000 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens will be ready for adoption from more than 50 Los Angeles rescues and shelters. The event will be on May 2 and 3.
Adoption fees will start at $50, which includes spay/neuter, shots and microchip, plus adopters will receive a bag with treats, toys, coupons and other pet-related items. Hosted by Best Friends Animal Society, this is a free event with food trucks and entertainment for the entire family.
