Next SuperLotto Plus Draw Expected to Reach $39 Million

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in the latest SuperLotto Plus draw, increasing the jackpot for Saturday's drawing to $39 million, California Lottery officials announced today. One ticket had five numbers, but didn't have the Mega number, and is worth $82,105. The numbers drawn Wednesday night were 16, 21, 24, 30, 44 and Mega number was 6. The jackpot was $37 million. The drawing was the 15th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.  A ticket sold at an Azusa liquor store had all six numbers for the April 25 draw and was worth $12 million.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number are 41,416,353 to 1, according to the SuperLotto Plus Web site.
California Lottery officials reminded the public that borrowing money to play the lottery, spending above a person's budget or using money intended for other purposes can ultimately lead to significant problems for players and their families.  People with gambling problems or knowing individuals with gambling problems are advised to call the Problem Gambling Help Line, (800) Gambler.
