A new foreclosure sale has hit LoopNet. This property at the northeast corner of Whitley and Yucca, in lovely Whitley Heights, is "permit ready" allowing for construction to start today. The Hollywood Evolution, as the project may or may never be known as, was designed by Kanner Architects. Note the lovely nighttime rendering. Per the listing:
