And most vampires are busy at night, leaping from ledges, and um. Brooding.
Which all goes to prove that the DVD and Blu-ray release of "New Moon" -- the second film in the megaly popular "Twilight" series -- isn't your run-of-the-mill movie. The DVD debuts at midnight on Saturday, March 20. Which is basically late Friday night.
Which basically means that hordes (hordes=thousands, we'll guesstimate here) of "Twilight" fans will be partying at the many, many "New Moon" parties being held at points here and everywhere. Because, no work or school tomorrow, for many. Can't say that about a Tuesday.
In Los Angeles, the Borders in Westwood is doing a full Friday night to-do, complete with an awards show. There are other get-togethers, at various Blockbusters and Best Buys. Check the full round-up here.
So, what's left to do before all the festivities? Tune up the Volvo? Better wrap it up before March 20 at midnight.
