Pinches Tacos owners Miguel, Jorge and Javi Anaya are building on the success of their Sunset Strip taqueria by opening three more locations in 2010. First up: late April at 8665 Washington Boulevard in Culver City. Stage two will be in Birmingham, Alabama, then it’s back to L.A. to open in Santa Monica Place by August. According to Anaya family lore, the brothers’ great grandfather cooked for Pancho Villa. The Anaya brothers started with the Cha Cha Cha chain before taking on the taco.
