Another day, another Neutra on the market.
The Richard Neutra-designed Singleton home in Bel Air originally came on the market in 2007, listed by Sotheby's at either $25 million or $19.95 million (it's a bit of a mystery).
The 1959 home is owned by Vidal Sassoon, who took it off the market in October 2008.
Now Kurt Rappaport at Westside Estate Agency has the listing: The home is back on the market at $14.955 million.
