Is it just us, or does the rent seem kind of reasonable for this two-bedroom, one-bath house near Mt. Olympus? The 1923 Cape Cod-style house features a 25 foot living room with six windows, a 25 foot loft upstairs, hardwood floors, a separate breakfast nook in the kitchen and an enclosed back porch. There's also a one car garage plus parking space for two more. They don't allow pets, but we've seen plenty of coyotes in the neighborhood. Adopt a couple of those. Monthly rent: $1,900.
