Small Business Saturday in West Hollywood Benefits Los Angeles LGBT Center

The City of West Hollywood and the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce invite the public to visit local businesses in celebration of Small Business Saturday, November 30.

This day was created to support local shops that help make communities strong and give back. This year, high profile guests will participate in West Hollywood's "Stars Shop Small" by visiting various locations throughout the area. Award-winning NBC4 Anchor and Reporter Robert Kovacik will visit a local fitness facility, Dogpound. Golden Globe winning actress Elisabeth Rohm will appear at RYU apparel and Emmy-winning writer Bruce Vilanch will stop by Rounderbum, to name a few.

A portion of proceeds from participating store retail sales and donations will go to the Los Angeles LGBT Center Culinary Arts program. The Center’s innovative Culinary Arts program is an intergenerational training program for LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness and low-income LGBT seniors.

Retail stores, restaurants, fitness facilities and more will be offering special incentives such as discounts, free products, gift cards, giveaways, food samples and more throughout the day.
