A kerfuffle started in Barney's Beanery on Santa Monica Boulevard last night and ended up with one guy getting stabbed outside. He died. A police spokesman tells the LAT, "We don't have any idea why [the argument] started yet...The restaurant is a well-known and well-respected eatery in West Hollywood." He made sure to add that neither West Hollywood nor Barney's Beanery "are accustomed to incidents such as this." [LAT]
