Mid-priced women's retailer Pinkyotto is showing its first signs at 7936 West 3rd Street, right next to Built by Wendy. The NYC-based shop has painted the exterior deep pink (interior is awash in white) and has two mannequins—one in navy, one in plaid—in the storefront.
