Watch the Dust: Inside the El Dorado, Part II

Following this morning's look at the unveiling of El Dorado, that adaptive re-use project (the former Hotel Stowell) on Spring St. that lost its ugly tarp today, here's a look at the views from the rooftop (four penthouse owners will share the roof, each having a separate space), as well as some of the units in all their construction glory. Notably, the penthouse units (there are five total) have spiral staircases and all the green windows are new and were chosen to match that green tile. There are a total of 66 units in the El Dorado, which will be finished sometime next year. No amenities, but you do get some history: Charlie Chapman lived on the 12th floor of this building. Meanwhile, we're told neighbor Rowan Lofts will get its certificate of occupancy on December 1.
