What You're Doing Tonight: Dec. 19

SARAH BRIGHTMAN: That gorgeous, Goth-y, classical, mysterious-cape-wearing-lass-in-the-woods thing this chanteuse is famous for? We adore it. We also love that she was the first Christine in "Phantom of the Opera" (well, she was hitched to musical maestro Andrew Lloyd Webber). Friday, December 19, Honda Center, 2695 E. Katella Avenue, Anaheim. 714-704-2400 (Sarah Brightman is also scheduled for The Forum on Saturday, December 20.)

MORE ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER ACTION: Okay, so Sarah Brightman is brightly singing through two SoCal dates. Ted Neeley is back as Jesus in "Jesus Christ Superstar" at the Wilshire Theatre. Completely the Webber-y trifecta? "Cats" at Segerstrom Hall at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Now that we think about it, Ms. Brightman played one of the famed felines back in the early '80s. What's next, "Phantom" roaming the streets of LA? Through December 21.

CUT-UPS TAKE ON CAROLS: We could all use a bit more ha-ha this holiday, and the Upright Citizens Brigade delivers with its "We Wish You a Silly Spoofmas"; think classic, fa-la-la-flavored ditties that cover more territory than the usual snowy hills to Grandma's house. Ready to join in? Friday, December 19, 8PM. $8. UCB Theatre, 5919 Franklin Avenue, Los Angeles. 323-908-8702
