Cheap Wines to Drink While Watching The Godfather

Sicilians of course! Fresh from K&L Wine News, here's an offer you can't refuse. If you're the kind of person who prefers to watch a movie with wine in a glass in-hand versus a 1/2 liter of soda in cup-holder . . . with good prosciutto and a nice hard cheese at arms reach versus a mini-trough of popcorn in your lap, then here's an opportunity to live it up Italian style.

For The Godfather, grab the 2007 Feudo Arancio Grillo ($6.99), a light and clean white to kick-off the trilogy that will go great with some angel-hair pasta and shrimp. For The Godfather II, move on to the 2006 Feudo Arancio Pinot Noir ($9.99) and now's the time for that prosciutto and a pecorino siciliano. And finally, for The Godfather III, pick up the 2006 Feudo Arancio Nero d'Avola ($7.99). This will go great with a perfectly grilled steak. All three wines are from Sicily and they won't break the bank.

You do the math - where else are you going to get 3 movies and 3 bottles at this price?
