SANTA SIGHTINGS: We know he's extremely busy this time of year, but we all generally have the 411 on where we can go find Santa Claus, should we need to stop and discuss a few matters of a giftly nature. And while he generally stays put in a velvet throne, he is doing it up a little differently in Oxnard. The jolly elf is actually taking to the streets -- weather permitting, of course -- to go to his fans. It's called the Santa Float Tour, the police and fire departments are lending a hand, and there are sirens to announce his arrival. If you're in the area, and if the weather permits (get permitting weather, please), be on the lookout and listenout, too. Santa could be on approach.
