Police sought the public's help Monday in locating a 26-year-old woman who went missing in Panorama City over the weekend.
Kristy Denise Castro was last seen about 8 p.m. Saturday at a grocery store in the 8500 block of Tobias Avenue, according the Los Angeles Police Department.
"She has not been seen since, and her family is concerned for her safety," according to a police statement.
Castro is Hispanic, 5 feet 3 inches tall and about 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. She was wearing a black blouse, black yoga pants and blue Nike tennis shoes when last seen.
Anyone with information regarding Castro's whereabouts was urged to call Detective Lydia Saiza of the LAPD's Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800.
