West Hollywood Residents Without Power After Vault Fire

Power was out to over 4,200 customers as of 4 a.m. Sunday morning

Residents of West Hollywood lost power early Sunday morning due to a vault fire that erupted just before 3 a.m.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the vault fire, at 920 N. Kings Road, and knocked it down in under 30 minutes, officials said.

Power was out to over 4,200 customers as of 4 a.m. according to Southern California Edison. Forty-five residents were still without power as of 6:30 a.m.
