FBI Steps Up Search for Bay Area Terrorism Suspect

The FBI is stepping up its search for an alleged terrorist suspected of two bombings in the Bay Area that happened a decade ago.

Federal agents say Daniel Andreas San Diego set off bombs in Emeryville and Pleasanton back in 2003. They issued an arrest warrent back then, but announced Thursday that they are still actively looking for him.

They released new pictures showing his different looks.

San Diego has tattoos that the FBI says may have altered or removed.

Sightings have been reported in Novato, San Rafael, Santa Cruz and as far away as Massachusetts.

Authorities say the suspect also has ties to Europe and South America.

The FBI is offering up to $250,000 for his arrest and conviction.
