A 10-year-old boy attacked by a homeless man outside the Los Angeles Music Center in downtown Los Angeles suffered a minor injury when the suspect grabbed him around the neck while possibly holding a key or set of keys, a sheriff's lieutenant says.
The suspect is in custody. Both he and the child are being taken to a hospital to be checked out.
