Two men suffered injuries to the upper-torso after a double stabbing Monday night in a residential area in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The stabbing took place near Taos and Milagro before midnight and both men were stabbed multiple times and were transported to Mission Hospital for their injuries. The condition of their wellbeing is unknown, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
Police are searching for three unidentified people who may be responsible for the stabbings.
A description of the attackers was not immediately available and a motive is unknown.
