Two days after announcing a $10,000 reward for his capture, the FBI arrested a man wanted in connection with the 2013 slaying of a Redondo Beach father.
Redondo Beach police got an anonymous tip Wednesday that a person matching Erick Julian Ortega's description was employed as a dish washer at an Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah, according to a press release by the Redondo Beach Police Department.

Ortega, a reputed gang member, is accused of gunning down Bobby Darren Reynolds, 38, as he waited outside a relative's home for a pizza delivery on June 21, 2013, police said.
Reynolds' wife and children were inside the home and heard the gunfire. A Chrysler found near the crime scene was registered to Ortega, police said.
Nearly a year after the killing, Redondo Beach police and FBI officials joined Reynolds' family Tuesday to announce a $10,000 reward for information leading to Ortega's arrest.
"Ortega, you can run, but you can't hide forever," Reynolds' mother Bonnie Horne said Tuesday. "You're going to have to face it for what you've done to our family."
Two others were arrested in connection with the killing and later released.
