A 15-year-old was a person of interest in a stabbing in Fontana after a woman and a 12-year-old boy were hurt, police said Tuesday.
Fontana police said there was a double stabbing in a home in the 13700 block of Sunrise Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police said a 15-year-old who may be related to the victims possibly stabbed a woman and a 12-year-old boy, then fled on a blue mountain bike.
The person of interest was said to have diminished mental capacity, according to police.
By 2 p.m., the teen was taken into custody. It wasn't immediately clear if he was under arrest.
