LOCAL LOVERS: Topics ranging from local growers to urban agriculture to what tomorrow will hold for the people who write and think about food are on the table at Edible Institute 2011, which will happen on Saturday, Jan. 29 and Sunday, Jan. 30 in Santa Barbara. The roster of panelists and speakers at the conference is impressive; Russ Parsons of the LA Times and powerhouse writer Molly O'Neill are both scheduled to appear.
