Crystal Cruises announced that they will now be offering complimentary Pilate group reformer classes. There will be men's only yoga and couples/partner yoga will round out the free wellness program that the ship is offering for the ultra-luxury line's 2011 World Cruise beginning on Jan. 17.
On each World Cruise, a full-time Pilates instructor will be available to lead the group sessions on the brand new Reformer machines. There will be a multitude of Pilate reformer and mat classes offered that will include Pilates for Golf, Tennis and Ballroom dance. There will be classes designed to strengthen both body and relationships.
